Why there is no macro lens or missed one lens?
When you receive the lens, wide angle and macro lens are screwed together, it is wide angle lens function. Unscrew wide angle lens from lens kit, it is macro lens function.
Is the lens clip going to damage mobile phone?
Please, be rest assured there is EVA rubber on lens clip, it provides protection for your phone, not damaging.
About clarity?
Since the lens belong to special good effect, the photo surroundings will be blurred which can not keep the original cellphone camera definition.
Why the flash light stopped working when lens is used?
This is because lens diameter is bigger than mobile phone camera. When you put lens on mobile phone camera, it will block flash light. So it can not work.
Why dark circle appeared?
Three solutions:
- take off or change the phone case;
- adjust lens again to make sure it's aligned with the phone's camera lens;
- choose 1:1 or 16:9 in camera frame ratio or zoom in frame.

What payment methods do SnapWide accept?

Order Tracking
My tracking number isn’t working
Most orders include a tracking number; however, in some cases, tracking may not be immediately available. If your order does not have a tracking number or it isn’t updating, please contact us at support@snapwide.com, and we’ll do our best to provide an update.
Tracking details are usually sent by email within a few days after your order is placed. Once received, you can track your order using our Track Order page. For best results, copy and paste the tracking number directly.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send a confirmation email (and SMS if a phone number was provided at checkout). Tracking information is typically available within a few days after shipment. You can also check your order status on our tracking page.
The tracking page says “Delivered,” but I haven’t received my package
Sometimes tracking systems mark an order as delivered when it reaches your local post office. If this happens, please allow a few additional days for final delivery or contact your local post office, as they may be holding the package for pickup.

Yes, SnapWide ships worldwide, with delivery available to most countries.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
All orders go through a short handling period before shipment.
Approximately 99% of orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been sent.
My order hasn’t arrived on time - what should I do?
If your order has not arrived within 40 business days from the purchase date, please contact us at support@snapwide.com so we can assist you.

How will my package be delivered?
Delivery methods depend on your location and the product ordered. Packages may be delivered to your home, mailbox, porch, or local post office. If delivery is attempted and no secure location is available, the package may be held at your local post office with a pickup notice.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders.
Where is my order shipped from?
Our fulfillment centers are located in China and Poland. Most orders are shipped from China. If you need more details, feel free to contact us.
Returns & Refunds
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us with photo or video evidence of the issue. We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
After Purchase
I entered the wrong address or selected the wrong product—can I change it?
If you made a mistake with your order details, contact us at support@snapwide.com as soon as possible. We may be able to correct it if the order hasn’t yet entered the shipping process. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Please note that refunds are not issued for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
My package is stuck in customs—what can I do?
Customs authorities, postal services, and SnapWide operate independently. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. For more information, contact your local customs office. If your package is held, we recommend reaching out to customs directly to request release.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Orders are sent to processing shortly after placement (usually within 1–3 business days). If you need to update your shipping address, contact our support team immediately after ordering. While we’ll try to help, changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun.
