Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your order details and tracking information.


2. Shipping Locations & Delivery Estimates

We ship internationally to most destinations. Delivery timeframes begin after the order has been shipped, not when it is placed.

Estimated Delivery Times (Business Days):

  • United States (USA): 3–7 days

  • Canada (CAN): 3–7 days

  • Europe (EU): 3–7 days

  • Australia (AUS): 3–7 days

  • Other Countries: 7–15 days

European delivery estimates apply specifically to the United Kingdom, Germany, and France. Shipments to other European countries may follow the “Rest of World” timeline.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery location. From time to time, promotional free shipping offers may be available and will be clearly stated on our website.


4. Customs Fees & Import Charges

For orders shipped internationally:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or additional fees may be applied by local authorities.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not control or estimate these costs.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress online.

Although we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

7. Missing or Delivered Packages

SnapWide is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen afterward. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and secure.

If your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your package, we suggest:

  • Checking with family members or neighbors

  • Contacting your local carrier or post office
